POLICIES:

Thank you for reserving your event with SpaPartyz. We are committed to providing you an experience that will exceed your expectations. Please, let us know if there is anything that we can do to make your SpaPartyz experience “spa-tacular”.

SpaPartyz is a hospitality service, similar to catering, therefore, packages/services must be purchased in advance. A non- refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve all dates/times and begin the complete SpaPartyz set-up  planning process. We encourage you to reserve your event at least 2-3 weeks in advance and during the summer months 3-4 weeks in advance, whenever possible. If you already have a date picked out, we suggest you reserve it asap.  Weekday packages are also available.  We will strive to accommodate your party schedule request.

Payment: To book your event, we require a Non-Refundable Credit Card/debit card payment of 50% of your total party package. We do not accept checks for deposits. For your protection we offer PayPal which allows you to pay on-line securely. Your final payment is due 3 days prior to your event and is based upon your final headcount.  A late charge may apply ($50.00),  if balance is not paid in full 3 days prior to your event.   If we are unable to process this payment, we reserve the right to cancel your event.

Latecomers– It is the goal of SpaPartyz to start on time and end on time, as we may have several parties booked the day your party is reserved for.  Please ask your guests to be on time, so they can enjoy SpaPartyz services and fun  in its entirety.  We strive to accommodate guests that may arrive late.  However, late guests will have to fit in where the party has progressed. For example, if we are finished with mani’s and pedi’s and we are on to another service, the late guests will be included in whatever activity we have progressed to.  Parties will not be held up for late comers under any circumstances.  Thank you for understanding.

Changes to your SpaPartyz package: We are flexible with changes to your package, address, add-ons etc… however all changes must be in writing so we will have it in our records.  Email is fine.

Last Minute Guest Additions: We are happy to accommodate your last minute guests.  However, please note that additional guests are to be paid for in cash when we arrive or we cannot service your additional guests.

Hotel Charges: We will be more than happy to accommodate you at the hotel of your choice (with no stairs).  However, the following charges will apply.  There is a $25.00 set up fee, bellman and parking fees are also your responsibility.  Unfortunately, due to the amount of  supplies and decor that we have, we cannot accommodate hotels with stairs.

Substitutions- SpaPartyz reserves the right to substitute any items in gift bags or items included in the spa party package such as temporary tattoos, nail art, headbands, tiaras, foam spa slippers or rubber ducks.

No-Shows: To ensure your event runs smoothly, that we have ample supplies for your spa party and the proper amount of staff, your final payment is due 3 days before your event.  Please note, that once the final balance has been paid for your spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

Gratuity–  A tip is solely at the clients discretion, if you are pleased with the level of service you received SpaPartyz hostesses welcome cash. Several of our SpaPartyz hostesses are college students and SpaPartyz is their only source of income on weekends.  The amount of your SpaPartyz package does not include the gratuity.  Also, we are not able to deduct a no-show from your package and then add it to the tip for staff.  For example, if you paid for 7 guests and one does not show up, we cannot put that towards the tip.  Those are 2 separate transactions.  Thank you for understanding.

Apartments – Unfortunately, we cannot do spa parties in apartments. 

Additional SpaPartyz hostesses: Parties for 10-15 girls will require an additional hostess. (charge $50.00) Parties for
16-20 girls will require 2 additional hostesses (charge $100.00)

Party Time Frame: Parties typically last from 1 1/2 – 2 hours in length.  The party time frame varies with the number of guests, spa services and number of SpaPartyz hostesses in attendance.  In rare cases party times may be a little more than 2 hours or less than 1 1/2 hrs. once again, depending on number of guests, spa services and number of hostesses.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: Your deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. Any changes must be in writing for our records.  Your event is transferable no more than 30 days out(one time only) with no penalties.

Returned Check Charges:  In the event a check is returned there is a $25.00 return check fee which is to be paid within 48 hrs. and another method of payment is required.

Inclement Weather– Rarely there are occasions where a spa party may need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather, such as snow, ice, sleet, tornado warning, etc… If this is the case we will be happy to reschedule to a future date that we have available.

Gasoline Surcharge: A $25.00 gas surcharge may apply, depending on your location.  Thank you for understanding.

Photography: SpaPartyz reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Enchanting Partyz. As a host of a SpaPartyz event, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Enchanting Partyz for the use of any photographs taken of your child (or children), your home and your guests.  We will ask your permission of course first.

Entertainment– SpaPartyz is an entertainment spa party business.  In accordance with Georgia law we do not use tools (nail clippers. nail files etc…) for mani’s or pedi’s.

Spa Robes : All spa robes are made to wear over clothing.  You will be responsible for excessive damage to robes. Also, please refrain from serving tomato based products while your guests are wearing spa robes.  Stains of this nature are nearly impossible to get out.

Inventory/Allergies:  In the event of damage or loss of SpaPartyz  inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. SpaPartyz is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, facials, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client. It is incumbent upon you/host to check with guests prior to the event regarding allergies.
